SendXpro currently operates and delivers within:
City limits and select suburban zones
Same-city only for Pickup & Drop services
Local delivery zones defined per vendor/store
We are working to expand our service zones. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the app or website.
Delivery Time: 30–60 minutes (depending on vendor prep time & location)
Same-day Delivery: Yes (on all available items)
Delivery Partner: In-house or verified third-party delivery agents
Charges:
Flat fee or dynamic based on distance
Free delivery may apply during promotions
Note: Fresh food, cakes, and beverages are handled with insulated packaging to maintain temperature and quality.
Delivery Time: 60–120 minutes or same-day slots
Delivery Schedule: Instant or scheduled delivery (chosen at checkout)
Items Covered: Vegetables, Meat, Dairy, Toys, Electronics, Décor, and more
Packaging: Eco-friendly & safe handling
Charges: Vary based on order size, location, and vendor policy
Instant Pickup & Drop Service for:
Gifts, documents, small items, groceries, accessories, etc.
Delivery Time: Within 30–90 minutes, depending on distance
Live Tracking: Available in the SendXpro app
Charges: Based on weight, distance, and time
Limitations:
No delivery of restricted items like alcohol, tobacco, cash, or hazardous goods
Weight limit: 8–10 kg (must fit inside standard backpack)
Turnaround Time: 2–4 business days (print + dispatch)
Delivery Type: Home delivery only
Packaging: Tamper-proof and water-resistant
Tracking: Shared once dispatched
Charges: Calculated at checkout or included in print package
Applicable For: Bulky goods, cartons, event supplies, or appliances
Vehicle Options: Bike, mini-truck, auto, van (based on size)
Delivery Timing: Same-day or scheduled delivery

Booking: Should be made at least 1 hour in advance
Delivery Delays: May occur due to weather, traffic, vendor delays, or local restrictions. Users will be notified in such cases.

Proof of Delivery: Signature or OTP may be required at the time of delivery.
Tracking: All deliveries can be tracked via the SendXpro app or through SMS/Email updates.
