1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the sendXtrue platform (website or app), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other policies that may be posted.


2. Services Offered

sendXpro offers the following services:

  • Food Delivery (Veg/Non-Veg, Cakes, Beverages)

  • Supermarket Deliveries (Groceries, Meat, Dairy, Electronics, Gifts, etc.)

  • Pickup & Drop Service (Documents, Gifts, Essentials)

  • Custom Printing and Goods Delivery (B2B/B2C)

  • Vendor Listings and Multi-Vendor Marketplace

All services are offered as per availability, location, and operational constraints.


3. User Eligibility

Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform. By using sendXpro, you confirm that you meet this requirement.


4. Account and Access

You must register an account to place orders. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.


5. Order & Delivery

  • Food & Grocery Deliveries are fulfilled by partner vendors and delivery agents.

  • Pickup & Drop allows you to send small parcels within the city.

  • Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary due to location, weather, traffic, or vendor delay.

  • Items such as alcohol, tobacco, narcotics, flammables, or illegal goods are strictly prohibited.


6. Payments

  • Payments can be made via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, or cash on delivery (COD where applicable).

  • sendXpro uses third-party payment gateways and is not liable for technical issues or payment failures.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.


7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled if preparation or dispatch has begun.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

  • Cancellation due to unavailability, payment failure, or technical error will be communicated and refunded accordingly.


8. Vendor & Delivery Partner Conduct

sendXpro works with multiple independent vendors and delivery partners. We do not take liability for vendor-specific issues (quality, quantity, hygiene), but complaints will be reviewed seriously.


9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or post abusive content

  • Attempt fraud or fake orders

  • Violate any applicable local or national laws

Any such actions may lead to account suspension or legal action.


10. Limitation of Liability

sendXtrue shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or failures due to force majeure

  • Third-party vendor actions

  • Product damage during delivery unless caused by gross negligence


11. Privacy
